Taking Your First Step to Transform. Xtremes Management specializes in Business Change and Transformation. Founded in Dublin, Ireland in 2007 it brought together a group of companies and individuals with a common goal. Delivering Sustainable Improvement.
Xtremes Management offered specialist consultancy in Operating Models, Processes and Ways of Working, Project and Programme Management, focused on the people change and transformation. Having the right operating model and ways of working that enable staff to succeed.
The acquisition of TTS Europe, a Salisbury (UK), learning and development organization with a primary focus on Automotive competency-based learning, Technical, Sales, Product, Management, Processes and Learning Technologies.
The primary clients at that time were Nissan Motor Company, KIA, and BMW over the years this has expanded to include Infiniti, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Jaguar Land Rover.
Jumping forward 17 years, Xtremes Management has expanded to become a people centric change and transformation organization enables companies and people to succeed. The team are based in all regions to meet specific client needs, with some on long term contracts in the Middle East and Philippines.
The team consists of experts in – Change and Transformation, Technology Architecture, Learning and Development, Project and Programme Management, Operational Processes and Operating Models.
Drawn from a multitude of industries – Automotive, Aviation, Banking and Finance, Customer Service (BPO), Logistics and Supply Chain & Telecoms and Manufacturing.

Originally with a single office in Dublin, Ireland, Xtremes Management now has offices in United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Philippines and Bahrain with a new office under development in Singapore .
